1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hannonline ph ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at hannonline ph. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alternate accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If your account details change — including your registered mobile number or email address — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

hannonline ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the account has been dormant for an extended period.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at hannonline ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits through approved Philippine banking channels, including local online banking, mobile banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and bank transfers. Local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya may be available as additional deposit options.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering at hannonline ph.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Withdrawals requested before KYC is complete will be held pending until verification is confirmed.

• The name on your payment account must match the name on your hannonline ph account exactly. Mismatches will delay or prevent processing.
